Flatline Naturals – Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Services Provided
We are committed to providing high-quality esthetic services, including facials and waxing, in a clean, safe, and professional environment. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, exchanges, and service adjustments.

Cancellations & ReschedulingAppointments:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours) will result in a 50% service charge.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Event Bookings:
For vendor events or group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit (if applicable).

Exchanges & Service Adjustments:

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request a one-time service adjustment or touch-up within 48 hours of the original appointment.

This is offered on a case-by-case basis and does not apply to services performed to the agreed-upon standard.

No Refunds on Services:

Due to the nature of esthetic services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been performed.

However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.

Pre-Payments and Deposits

Deposits:

For large events or group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

If the appointment is canceled within the policy guidelines, the full deposit will be refunded within 3-7 business days.

Pre-Paid Packages:

Pre-paid service packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual or credited toward future services.

Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time while still being charged the full-service fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or extreme weather, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
